What happens next

  1. Click the button above, then open the file that downloads. It appears at the top right of your browser window. Downloading alone is not enough, the app has to be opened.
  2. If Windows asks whether to run it or allow it, click Run or Yes. Nothing gets installed on your computer.
  3. A small window opens with a 9-digit code. Read that code to us over the phone.
  4. Stay at the computer while we work. You can watch everything we do, and closing that window ends the session right away.
On a Mac? On a Mac, your computer may ask you to allow screen recording the first time. We will walk you through it.
